So often we are our own worst critics, but even our thoughts are energy we are putting out to the universe. We have often heard the quote... "The power of posi...tive thoughts". Even though I used this term many times throughout my life, I didn't really realize the power of that statement. Life is all about energy, what is the karmic energy you are sending out - to yourself or others? I like to picture energy as colour and negative energy feeds a big black cloud and if a negative thought or feeling comes to me, I picture that big black cloud and as I don't want that cloud to get any bigger (there is enough negative energy in the world) it is my way of quickly changing my thoughts and/or feelings. Do you have a way of doing something similar? Would love to hear other ideas!
