Some of the things I noticed as a Realtor in 2020... Land shot up to the top "must haves" in a purchase for SO many people. Same with pools. They used to be a feature that went 50/50 for interest. Either you had to have or it was a dealbreaker. But in 2020, if you got a pool then you so cool!... For my listings in Hamilton, I found that Agents & Buyers came from ALL over the GTA. The divide between Landlords vs. Tenants got a lot worse in some areas. I am super fortunate my tenants were able to continue paying rent this year. Those who were able to buy capitalized on low interest rates (hello savings!) #2020thoughts What did you notice about this year's real estate market?

W H Y ? Today I'm thinking of Simon Sinek who said People don't buy what you do; they buy why you do it. And so the question isn't "WHY are you in real estate?" I love working with people. It's more like "WHY am I choosing the solo path? Why am I doing this as me?"... My answer always comes back to motivation There's a fire in me that can't be tamed. I see the passion and hardwork of successful agents who inspire me and think "They are authentic and unique. I want do it that way."
