After confirming with the Province of Ontario that we are an essential service we are pleased to announce that we are OPEN FOR BUSINESS. Here's what you need to know: Our class sized are limited to ensure easy social distancing.... We fully sanitize our training hall and all touch points between classes. Masks are mandatory in our training hall and outside of our facility during potty breaks and when coming or going. In an effort to keep everyone safe, please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before the start of your class, and please leave promptly after your class. Please do not congregate in our parking area. April 8 12:30pm As of this time in-person dog training is still considered an essential service in the Province of Ontario. We will continue to monitor the regulations and update you on any changes that may occur. ... Classes for Thursday April 8th have been canceled while we re-organize and prepare to offer our students a safe place to train. For those currently in ongoing session you classes will continue as scheduled. Our office will contact you via email directly if anything needs to change with your scheduled class. If you are registered for a session that is upcoming we will reach out to you 2 days prior to the start of your class with your welcome email, and any updates to your class schedule. Just a quick reminder that we will be closed today, Friday April 2nd to enjoy Good Friday with our families.

COVID 19 UPDATE DECEMBER 26TH THROUGH JANUARY 23RD In an unfortunate turn of events, we are forced to close our doors to the public from now until January 23rd, 2021 (subject to change based on government mandated regulations.) The office is closed from now until January 3rd for our scheduled holiday break, and we will be in office again starting January 4th. We can be reached at [email protected] or 905-563-7191 after that time. ... During this lockdown while we are unable to conduct training in our hall, we will be able to provide curbside pick up of dog food orders, and training equipment. If you are already registered for a class our office will be reaching out to you with a new tentative start date shortly. We are seeking clarification from our local MPPs office to find out if we will be able to continue our curb-side Pup-Camps as usual. We will be in touch with those affected when we have more information. Upcoming private sessions will be available via Zoom with Jane on their scheduled dates. We will reach out to those affected with instructions. While we wait for this situation to resolve we are working hard to keep our staff and client safe. Little miss Gracie has been coming to Puppy Socialization Class every week since she was a baby! She has become a confident little lady and had fun walking on a loose leash today during her discovery walk!
