In this covid times don’t be afraid to stand alone. If your limiting beliefs of abandonment and fears of the unknown are great know you are not alone but you and only you can walk yourself out of your own created darkness. Yes we need people. Yes we need love and support. Absolutely! However, the darkness is the created thoughts and beliefs which have held us captive before covid, these thoughts now think they have won. If you are in the tunnel of darkness know this too will end and the light you are looking for is within. Be safe and know you are loved

Today there are struggles, there are limitations, there are doubts and loss of faith. For those who are in the struggle know there are still people who see you. There are still people who hear you and who can hold a space for you. Let us all be reminded no one is greater than or less than anyone. At any given time, we can be in the depths of despair and lose our footing. It is in this time that I too would hope you would see me, you would hear me and you too would hold a space for me. You are me and I am you; no more, no less.
