The 2nd session for our waltes resilience program is tonight and a reminder to our participants we will be starting at 5pm with elder Lottie Johnson and instructor Cindy Poulette. The spaces for this program are filled and only those whose names are on the list will be attending.

PROGRAM IS FILLED FOR TODAY AND TOMORROW We are starting at 9:30 am until 4pm and a lunch will be provided. Please let me know if you require transportation to the Centre. Safety Check is at the JPC and they are offering Professional Development workshops. They are as follows: Stress Management, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, How To Get Along With Others, Dealing with Difficult Personalities, and Team Building.... The dates are February 18th, and February 19th from 9am-4pm. Additionally, you will be paid $100 per day for attending these workshops. If you would like to register, please call the Center at 902 539 5890.
