Day 29, 30 days body and mind reset. Woke up at least 1 hour earlier everyday. Took my freshly made Celery Juice on an empty stomach, That's all I consume no eating for 1 to 2 hours. I still took my TLC Products. I am so greatful for this journey. I was able to check the spiritual side and the physical side of me. Increased my productivity. Did lots of Brain Dump, reassess my vision board. My vision is even more crystal clear.
