Immigration Canada will be implementing it's new Parent and Grandparent Sponsorship selection process on January 28, 2019. As of that date, individuals wishing to sponsor their parent(s) or grandparent(s) can submit an Interest to Apply. They will now be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis, rather than the previous lottery system.
