Our first Friday Franchisee Feature of 2021 is Yusef from our office in Durham. Yusef received an Honourable Mention award for Franchise Owner of the Year 2019!... Presented this past December, this award honours the best of the best Certified Business Owners who have excelled in all aspects of working and growing their business. Yusef signed for our smallest plan at the end of December 2018 as a somewhat last resort as he felt his options for bettering employment had been exhausted. By February 2019 he was fully trained and ready to start taking on business. Fast forward 12 months, Yusef had grown his business by 1000 times! Beyond that, he stood taller with more confidence and pride. Yusef has a great work ethic which has been a big part of his success and the growth of his relationship with customers. Yusef now also has an employee in his business and aspires to continue to grow. Congratulations on this award Yusef and thank you for being a great ambassador of JAN-PRO.

Shout-out to Richard, who did an amazing job with a Special Service for a customer. It was a Grand Opening of a new location, which required an advanced disinfe...cting protocol considering the current situation. Richard worked throughout the Grand Opening to make sure that everything will not only run smooth and look good, but he also did all the required disinfection protocols to keep everybody safe. Richard earned a great feedback from the customer. This is another example that a JAN-PRO Franchise is way more than JUST janitorial business now. It`s about being part of the customer`s team and showing the care and support to your customers when they need it most. See more
