Edit: Friday Classes are canceled tonight. Also I will be re structuring classes soon. These restrictions have been hard on everyone and I appreciate the commitment to keep coming to class and sluggin through this until we are finally able to get back to regular training. I understand the toll this has had on everyone’s energy level since the fall.
