I have had some major life changes in the last year and with a summer of hard work I am happy to say that Jardin Cavanagh is about to get back up and going again but with a lot of changes. I am no longer at the farm growing my great quality garlic and potatoes anymore. After a long summer I have put together a vast line of herbal teas for most ailments people have.In 2015 I started producing herbs and natural plants that are good for your health and was selling them in loose... form sales were a ok but living in a small community not enough to make a living off of, thus is where the changes are now we are about to launch our first tea for everyone in convenient tea bags. Had a great afternoon with Lynda Coulombe this afternoon we managed to snag some pretty good looking blackberries and a few sumac to make sumac-ade, and managed to do some searching for benefitial plants like hawethorne berries and a few others .

Nice week at the farm this week beautiful red potatoes, dehydrated a bunch of black currents and made 12 jars of current/kiwi/lime jam. The first batch of garlic powder will be ready for the Huntingdon farmers market this week

Yesterday was a busy day in the kitchen I made 25 jars of 250ml and 8 jars of 500ml sugar free strawberry jam to bad strawberry season is over . Will hopefully be picking blueberries tomorrow and cherries in the next week or two.
