Ok this weeks menu for Healthy lunches is ready!!! This week I will be serving the lunches Wednesday,Thursday and Friday. Wednesday Salad-Greek couscous ... with couscous,cucumber, red/green peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, chick peas and feta cheese. Dressing- Greek vinaigrette Soup-Greek lemon chicken Thursday Salad-Asparagus with asparagus, toasted almonds, eggs, tomato, 1/2 chicken breast, avocado and green onion topped with goat cheese. Dressing-lemon mustard vinaigrette Soup-broccoli and cheese Friday Salad-Mango/black bean with mango, black beans, tomato, red peppers, corn, cilantro, red onion. Dressing-lime vinaigrette Soup-cream of mushroom It would be great if everyone could order tonite if not I will need to know the day before to make sure I have enough of the ingredients! You can either email transfer me at [email protected] or pay me day of.. 15$ for soup and salad 10$ for salad 5$ for soup Thanks again for you continued support in my small business!!

Happy Sunday afternoon everyone!! I’m only an hour late in posting my upcoming Healthy Lunch Menu for this coming week... lol Remember I am by no means a dietician. I just figured we needed something different to have in our small community that is quick, healthy and homemade. ... I will be making the lunches on Wednesday February 19, Thursday February 20 and Friday February 21. How this works is if you see something you like on one of these days you must pre-order tonite by 9 pm. I can take payment by email transfer. To [email protected] This is a take out only service unless you want to come and eat here at the Inn which I will need to know in advance of the day please. The meals are 15$ this includes your salad and soup. If you choose to only have salad it is 10$ If you choose to have only soup it is 5$ Menu- Wednesday Beet Salad with quinoa, julienned carrots, slivered almonds, roasted beets,oranges, spinach, green onion topped with crumbled goat cheese. Dressing- Maple/orange vinaigrette Soup- Roasted red pepper and tomato Thursday Chopped Thai Salad with shredded cabbage, cucumber, edamame, julienned carrots, red pepper, chopped peanuts, chopped cilantro and 1/2 chicken breast. Dressing-Thai peanut sauce Soup-Thai coconut and curry Friday Mexican Bean Salad with Avocado, chopped cilantro, black beans, chick peas, edamame, corn and cherry tomatoes. Heyyy Everyone!!! A few of you have been messaging me about the healthy lunches start date.. I really thought I’d have it ready to rock and roll today.. but unfortunately I don’t.. ... I apologize! Been crazy busy with creating different ideas, painting up a storm inside the Inn, plus evening dinners and daily guests.. bla bla bla..lol So start date will be next Sunday, February 16th. I will have the menu up by 1pm, and orders must be in by 8pm. Hey local friends.. I’m working on some new ideas here at the Inn during quiet season.. been tossing some ideas around with a couple of other small business owners and close friends.. First one on my list is this... ... I want to know if anyone would be interested in eating healthy simple lunches? Rather than the same ole thing.. this is fast and healthy and prepared by me!! ie: soups and salads (and of course not ordinary salads) because you all know I don’t do ordinary!!! You could have one or the other or both.. This would be a to go concept. Or if I get enough interest perhaps a lunch served at the Inn.. Each Sunday I would put a menu together for each day of the upcoming week, post it and then you would place your order with me. Lunches will be prepared fresh each morning and can be picked up at the Inn or if I get enough orders from one place I could deliver within the area. I will be using re-usable to go containers but if you want to help the environment you could drop off or bring your own containers to me. Long as I know in advance. Orders would need to be placed each Sun by 8 pm you then can simply e-transfer the money or give me credit card info. ie: If you want 5 lunches, you would pay for all 5 at one time. I need your feed back.. personally I feel this is a great service for our community and something different from all others. many of you have been very supportive with my evening meals.. this is just the next step in my adventure here at the Inn.. Looking forward to hearing from you all.. Please note I will have Gluten Free options as well. Thanks for reading and share share share
