#FruitFriday feat: fresh, juicy apricots! . We have a small tree in our backyard that took a year off last year after a hard prune. This year however...different story! So much fruit, we hardly knew what to do with it all. After freezing 7 bags full, the rest went to our chickens, our neighbors chickens, and gifted to friends to be made into jam, wine and cold-fermented delights (can’t wait to try those concoctions, @coop_brewing !), and so much more. .
