On Friday September 7th, an announce,ent was made of an important decision regarding a court challenge to the Interim Control By-Law passed by the Township of Muskoka Lakes (TML) Council in May. The ICBL required that all development be paused in Minett for a one year period allowing the Township time to study and assemble a more appropriate plan for Wallace Bay and the Minett area.
