As the pandemic situation continues to evolve, banks are adjusting their policies on how they provide credit to customers and the ability to access your credit. Right now it’s becoming more difficult to get qualified for HELOCs (Home Equity Lines Of Credit). The days of having large unused HELOCs could potentially be a thing of the past. There's a lot of new faces around here, and I realize I haven't introduced myself in a LONG WHILE! My name is Jason Allen John When I'm not Mortgage Agent, I am either reading, going out on Running, watching sports (which I can't do so the Last Dance Doc will have to do), chilling with family/friends, concerts (I love live events), partying inside a Fete (may pop a bottle or two). I don’t eat or like Chocolate (well Dark chocolate I don’t mind White chocolate I know ...its odd but hey that me) I have been in banking since I was 17, (that co-op Job did me good) I purchased my first property when I was 22 I lost my 2nd Property when I was 25 (I went through a mid-mid life crisis) I love to cook (my BBQ chicken was mean when I used to eat meat) I appeared on a couple of episodes of HGTV’s Income properties I am obsessed with the Toronto Skyline. Honestly, I’ve become very good at helping people in the mortgage industry What that looks like is this. I help people: Save Money for a Home Purchase a home Financing a new home or investment property... Invest equity or savings into Real Estate Maintain or create that lifestyle that you want Honestly, what excites me the most about this is: Seeing people purchase their first home Guiding people through difficult times Showing different ways to accomplish your goals Create out of the box ideas that most people do not think about I’’ve been going all in, taking a stand, and showing up bigger than ever before and it feels so good! Taking this #crashcourse with @coachablecreatorsagency has shown me that it is time for me toshare more of the knowledge and the experiences that I have provided to so many customers but also friends, family and even strangers Yes we are in some interesting times, but I am here to provide advice, a plan or strategy to achieve whatever Real Estate/financial goals that you may have.
