Historically low supply leads to higher prices in Chilliwack real estate market City dwellers want to relocate to the eastern Fraser Valley and are willing to pay a high price. The median price has risen 18.7 per cent, to $569,900, said CADREB President Kim Parley. This is up 10 per cent from the same time last year, but not surprisingly, as it’s the second lowest housing inventory level in CADREB history.
