You merely adopted the dark; I was born in it, molded by it. - Bane. Playing around with @vo2master and @moxymonitor. Comparing VO2 and Moxy below VT1 and above VT2 during intervals. These 2 devices make it really easy to check to see if you are where you want or need to be. #individualizedfitness #vo2master #moxymonitor #triathlon #running #rowing #cycling #fitnesscoach

Row 30/30 x 4 assessment from @opexfitness with @moxymonitor on right quadriceps. Grey is muscle oxygen. Orange is total hemoglobin (blood flow). 4 dips in grey are SmO2 being used and ups are 30s rest. You can see SmO2 increasing during the rest and work interval for each rep. You can also see the blood flow (or lack there of) during the high efforts.

Metabolic inflexibility using @pnoe and @Moxy. The first circle represents the early reliance on carbohydrates for fuel. The second red highlight shows the presence of oxygen in the muscle, which actually increases as the test progresses! There is oxygen the but the individual cannot use it. Training and nutrition can and should improve these things. #pnoe #moxymonitor #physiology #exercisephysiology #individualizedprogramming #fitness

You are resilient and can adapt. While this video is about to running, the same principles apply to other injury as well, including back pain. Look at loading, tolerance, capacity, sleep, nutrition, etc.
