This year Foothills County decorated the fabulous tree 'Good Fortune in the Foothills', in partnership with the Sheep River Health Trust's 'Avenue of Trees'. But.. we the County needs your help! Vote for the tree you love the most by heading to the Sheep River Health Trust's Facebook page and 'like' the photo of your fave tree! https://www.facebook.com/SheepRiverHealthTrust/ All monies raised will be used to help those in our community in need this season. TRAFFIC ADVISORY RE: SWCRRP If you are heading into the city, there are two traffic advisories to be aware of: Location: Highway 22x, near 53rd Street SW... Impacts: Move westbound traffic along Highway 22x onto westbound lanes on Monday Move eastbound traffic along Highway 22x onto eastbound lanes on Friday Reason: To allow KGL to progress work along Highway 22x. Implementation Date: Monday November 2nd, 2020 Friday November 6th, 2020 Location: Highway 22x, near Macleod Trail SW Impacts: Move westbound traffic along Highway 22x south onto the ultimate eastbound lanes Reason: To allow KGL to progress work along Highway 22x. Implementation Date: Thursday November 5th, 2020 They may be a little difficult to see but I have included maps to see the exact locations.
