Three changes to mortgage qualifying rules effective July 1st, 2020 - No more borrowed downpayment program... - Minimum credit score of 680 (for at least one applicant) - Maximum debt service ratios decreasing from 39% gross debt to 35% and from 44% total debt to 42%.
