JAGGI created a website/space to spread awareness of the atrocities of 1984 on the Sikh People. Now Jaggi has been abducted illegally just 2 weeks after gettin...g married. This is beyond ridiculous, speaking up for human rights is not a crime. Now his lawyer has confirmed Jaggi has been tortured in police custody. He was tortured physically and mentally as his legs were forcibly stretched beyond limits and he was given electric shocks" Yet court grants 3 further days remand!! This is a UK citizen, born and bred in Scotland, who stands accused of creating a website and magazine which documents the human rights atrocities committed by the Indian establishment over the past 30 years. It proves the helplessness of a stateless people. He's been in police custody for 10 days now but still nothing from the UK Government. Please share and create awareness.
