Maple Latte Recipe * 8 ounces strong coffee * 1/4 cup milk * 1-2 tablespoons REAL maple syrup... * pinch of ground cloves * pinch of allspice * pinch of fresh nutmeg Instructions * Add maple syrup and spices to the bottom of a mug, stir to combine. * Heat milk until warm. * Pour hot, strong coffee over maple syrup. Top with foamy milk or whip cream Garnish with more spices if desired.

Did you know? Depending on the type of tea you are steeping, the steeping time varies. Black teas, oolongs, herbals, rooibos, and fruit teas generally take 3-5 minutes to fully release their flavours, but greens take only 2-3 minutes. Don’t forget many premium teas can be re-steeped after the first steeping, so save those wet leaves and repeat. Oolongs and greens in particular express different flavour profiles in the second steeping.
