TESTIMONIAL "I've wanted to try personal training for awhile now but I was too afraid to go to the gym, let alone get a pt! But Javen made it easy! She is passionate, professional, caring, fun, and knowledgable. She has already helped me reach some of my goals and I'm stoke to keep setting new ones! I've done both face to face sessions and online training with her. For online training she is very timely in editing the workouts and provides feedback on every exercise! Her exp...lanations make learning new exercises easy and she is quick to reply with pictures and videos if I don't understand something. I always wanted to lift heavy weights but didn't know how and had a lack of motivation. Having Javen to encourage (but not pressure) me has really helped me push myself to where I want to be and I've fallen in love with heavy lifting. I look forward to going to the gym, I no longer dread it. If you're looking for a passionate trainer who will help you reach your goals, I highly recommend Javen!" Here are some progress photos! Together we have been mainly focusing on adding strength rather than fat loss since she's going to school for paramedics and she needs to pass certain requirements! While increasing on all her lifts and improving her form, she has also lost about 7.6 inches and we have evened out her imbalances in her legs and arms! Starting lifts: (slightly higher reps) Deadlifts: 70lbs Squats: 65lbs (assisted) Bench press: started off with 20lbs DBs switches a month ago to BB at 70lbs Current lifts: Deadlifts : 160lbs, 1RM 195lbs Squats: 130lbs, 1RM 175lbs Bench: 80lbs, 1RM 90lbs What my online training consists of: Written programs that I send you through an app, that demonstrates how to perform the exercise and I give clear I instructions in the notes for you, weekly updates on sets/reps or weight depending on how challenging the previous week was. If you aren't sure if you're forms right, send me a video and I'll critic your form for you!
