Added this glass bbq wind stopper for really good people today after we cut their trees down.

Babies we found fixing a deck. They are cute but destroy everything.... No baby squirrels were hurt .We put them in a tote, displayed them for Mommy, and she moved them to a new spot, one at a time.

Baby Squirrel we found in a nest, there were 4 of them. Use Soffit peeps , not thin T & G wood, squirrels had taken over this deck.

On the left is a typical sump/ weeping tile. On the right is a sump that goes 32 down from top of slab. Problem we are seeing lately is ground water is coming ...in from under ground, lower than weeping tile. Yesterday in the North end Edmonton I witnessed 2 in new developments that had water pushing up on slab( vapor barrier). Weve had way to much water this year and its just looking for a way out. Had a customer that had a leaky shower valve and hated the crappy plastic surround/ shelves. So Bam . New valve/tile/ tempered glass shelves.Best way to install a neo- angle...... my opinion. Brad , yours is next!
