Officially LOVING this program + this OPEN schedule! I’m finding it so much easier to actually get work done because I know that when I do there is so much time left for FUN! Not just eat, sleep, do it all over again. Forever grateful for this opportunity to learn how to slow down for the first time in my life

I do my best on a program Not because I have specific weight loss goals or desire to change, but simply because I’m a human that does best with structure, so I honour that I just started a new program on Monday, amidst the chaos, it was honestly exactly what I needed + I can’t wait to share my thoughts on this one with you!
