Here's a new album by Neal Phillips.

One of my oldest friends in Annapolis died last night. John E. Starr, Jr. was killed in an auto accident. My heart is so full of sadness at losing this noble spirit. He was a multi-instrumentalist and a a kind and caring person. He was a former roommate of me and the late, Paul Phillips and a member of the Wooden Hands Band. Of course, since then his accomplishments have been many and varied. I will remember him as a sweet, loving and loyal friend.
