Besides the good mood and sweat that comes with working out, here’s even more reasons to join us on the virtual dance floor today: Aerobic exercise reduces the risk of obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, stroke and certain types of cancer. ... Weight-bearing exercises reduce the risk of osteoperosis. Aerobics can also relax tense muscles, relieving the body’s stress response. Aerobic exercise can ease feelings of depression, reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. Aerobic exercise keeps muscles strong, which can help maintain mobility and independence as we get older. Let’s stick together this month and use these tips to help reach that April Challenge goal for a chance to score your own set of bands! Attend 17 classes in 30 days and earn your very own set of five mini-bands. ... Here’s our top tips to get you there: Never Miss A Monday: Set the tone for your week by committing to never missing a Monday. Never Skip Two Days in a Row: If you want to stay on track to hit your goals, don’t ever let yourself skip class for two days in a row during the challenge...that’s the rule! Suit Up: Suit up in your workout gear to get you in the right frame of mind, even in your living room! Grab A Workout Buddy: Not only is fitness more fun with friends it’s more effective, too! Make plans to workout with buddy on the same days and times to hold yourself accountable to showing up. Track Your Progress & Reward Yourself: So you’ve got your goal, now it’s time to write it down, track your progress, and reward yourself along the way! DM us if you’re not signed up! We’re back & we can’t wait to see you We are coming back stronger in 2021! We are re-opening in the New Year with some changes to our program. January 2nd we are open for live in-person classes. Sign ups for classes are now open with the link in our bio! ... In-person class size limit is now 8, allowing a safe increased distance in between each person. We will continue streaming our classes live online for those not able to attend in-person classes, or want a mix of both! Class times will be the same in-person and live online, you can find all class times saved to our highlights. Class Format:As we are following Government guidelines, we are changing our class format to a low intensity cardio level, Fusion. Still an awesome workout, just in a different style. Think more strength, less cardio moves. You may think you know us, but you don’t When you hear Jazzercise what do you think? Maybe it’s legwarmers and leotards, right, or a workout for your Mom but not for you? We admit our workouts got so popular in the '80s that we created a fitness revolution that people still associate with us today. It’s true that we were the original dance party workout. But today the leotardsand the '80sare long gone and our classes are way too hot for legwarmers. We’re still evolvi...ng and transforming people’s bodies and their lives, but in a new-age kind of way! Think less legwarmers and more blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training. We even have an entire class dedicated to strength training! (Strength60) Come see for yourself!
