Making the most amazing sugar cookies right now, here is the recipe. Sugar Cookies: 2 1/2 cup flour,... 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar, 1/2 Tbsp water. Mix flour, baking powder, and slat in a bowl and set aside. Cream together butter, sugar, and the egg. mix in the vanilla, white vinegar, and water, into the creamed mixture. Then add dry ingredients, and refrigerate over night or freeze for 1 hour. Take out of the fridge and roll and cut the dough into desired shapes. Bake at 350 F. for 8-10 minutes

I made some really good banana bread. Here is the recipe. Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Ingredients:... 1 stick butter 1 1/3c sugar 2 eggs 1tsp. Vanilla 1c sour cream 2c flour 1tsp. Baking powder 1tsp. Baking soda 3/4tsp salt 1c mashed ripe bananas 1c chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 325. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar. Then mix in eggs, vanilla and sour cream. In a separate bowl whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to sugar mixture and stir until combined. Fold in bananas and chocolate chips. Pour into two large loaf pans and bake for about an hour. Check it at forty five minutes, all oven are different. You want the bread to be lightly browned. Make sure toothpick comes out clean.

I made some of these apple roses yesterday. I actually bought the wrong kind of pastry so they were falling apart but they tasted great.

Made some pineapple carrot cake. So good.

Haley and I made some Angel Food Cake cupcakes with cream cheese icing. They are so good. (Sorry about the poor picture quality)
