Due to the new covid restrictions just released. I regret to inform that for the time being there will no longer be makeup application or hairstyling services offered through J Beauty. (Hopefully no later than January) Thank you for your support during this confusing time! Please try to be understanding of the transitions J Beauty is facing between the government regulations and changing from a makeup artist, to a makeup producer. ... This has not been easy for me to accept as traveling and being apart of your magical day was something I lived for. Thank you ALL so much. New Cancellation policy: Due to the uprising in cancellation because of covid and the amount of no shows/day before cancels...I need to implement new rules to protect my business. **For bookings under 1 month, I am now asking for a 25% deposit 2 weeks before the appointment date. You will then have 48hrs to cancel or change your appointment, after the deposit is paid. Once the 48hrs pass you will need a medical note to obtain your deposit.... **For bookings over 1 month away, I am now asking for a 50% deposit one month before the appointment date. You will then have 2 weeks to cancel your appointment, after the deposit is paid. Once those 2 weeks pass you will need a medical note to obtain the deposit. Please note if you feel unwell or experience symptoms of covid it is expected of you to cancel, including the morning of. Once you obtain the medical paperwork from your doctor your deposit will be sent back to you the same day. *No shows will not be refunded.* Thank you for your patience and understanding!
