Because this page is less visible than my 'original' profile page, I want to wish all that follow this page this jump-start 2021 New Year's wish. Music is a healer. Music is a motivator. Music is a peace-maker. Music is an agent of cause and effect. Music is hopeful. Music is educational. Music is a tear-maker. Music is a vehicle for laughter. Music is cause for contemplation. Music is cause for reflection. Music is sensory. Music is tactile. Music is natural. Music is the Universal language. Music is. Happy New Year music lovers. May 2021 be everything you hope it will be. "I see better days ahead like the lighthouse through the fog..." https://youtu.be/JBtfUiXH7Zs

Finally found historical documentation of the first pro studio - Master Sound Recording - I booked to record my original music. In 1972 I recorded Canada For You and in 1974 four more original songs all with Dan and Bob Lanois before movin' on up to Grant Ave. Studio for the We Are All Poets sessions - 1977-'78. Not sure these reel to reel are playable due to their apparent aging appearance. Would that be mould or acetate arthritis?

In my previous post I revealed the first pro studio and the song recorded in it as Canada For You - circa 1972. I have been searching for some time on line evidence of that contest. This shall be added to my wall of fame Anthology for sure.

The bottom display is the We Are All Poets CHUM-FM super sessions with Dan Lanois in 1977 recorded at the CNE. Lower left is Studio/Live - 1988 featuring Love & Lust, that got me on the Q-107 Homegrown album - 1988 and an appearance at The Diamond Club in Toronto with the hastily assembled One Night...Continue reading

Today I post this song/video - Better Days Ahead - in celebration of science, with regards to the vaccine introduction to North America. Science indeed, is humanity's only hope for survival into the future. "I see better days ahead like sunshine through the clouds I see better days ahead like green through the snow on the ground... I see better days ahead like the path over the bog I see better days ahead like the lighthouse through the fog" https://youtu.be/JBtfUiXH7Zs See more
