We want to thank all of our clients for their patronage our office is now officially closed but we will be there Monday and Wednesday 10-12 and by appointment only, we will be contacting the winners of the draw over the coming days.

We will be open until May 8th in our current location and then we will be doing any additional income taxes from our home office. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8-4 and after May 8th by appointment only. We have received some questions from clients and we are trying our best to help you by giving factual information with that said here is something for people to know. While the filing deadline for the 2019 tax return has been extended to June 1, 2020, which is one month later than the usual April 30 deadline, if you do receive income-tested benefits, such as the GST/HST credit or the Canada Child Benefit, the CRA is recommending that you still try to file by April 30 to help ensure your benefits can be properly calculated in time for 2020-21 program payments that begin in July 2020.

Effective April 6th our hours will be back to 8-5 and we are doing everything we can to make sure we are able to follow all the government rules and procedures this includes our inner door to our building is locked and you need to call our number(also listed on the door) for us to come let you enter our office. We will be open by appointment only on Good Friday. Our online service is available as well for signing and submitting tax information if you prefer as well as we are open for drop off and to come in to sign. Our new hour for this upcoming week are 8-4 until April 6th starting today, we can meet outside of these hours just call to make arrangements. Sorry for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause.

We now have e-sign request so instead of coming in we can email you copies of your return and get you to sign and then email back what we need. We are doing what we can during this difficult time to serve you better.

We are becoming aware that the CRA is contacting clients in regards to authorization. We get you to sign a form when you are picking up your tax return and we electronically file them to give us access for this year and future years to look up slips on your behalf. If you receive a call no need to worry they are just checking to make sure you have given us authorization.

Due to the ongoing situations with the COVID-19 Outbreak, we are pleased to announce that we will be able to complete your tax documents by email, and can take payment details over the phone. Please contact us at your earliest convenience, and we will start the process.

We are very proud to announce we now have Debit, after much hassle we are able to serve our clients better. Sorry to anyone inconvenienced by this.

We are pleased to bring back our draw for one of two $100 visa gift cards with every tax return completed (Draw date April 30th).
