I can say the alphabet backwards and I am pretty good at nail art. 3 What’s a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish in the next year? I am an avid snowboarder and I have been conditioning all year so I can land clean 360 degree spins on the mountain. 4 If you would have to pick only one fitness exercise forever, which one would that be? Dumbbell lunge press 5 On Sunday mornings, you can usually find me Doing a 20min spin, followed by a full body stretch and an uninterrupted breakfast. Soon to be coffee, breakfast then snowboarding!
