Just recently finished a small project to fix a leaky roof for a freezer / Dryer. Our product is the best solution out there for commercial roofing, any size project. This was 13 x 40 foot and they wanted to keep the existing infrastructure underneath but cap it so they need not worry about leaking again. The GREEN WALL OF RECYCLED PLASTIC continues its expension into Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia = Western Canada Sister Company, we are proud to introduce ECOPLAST SOLUTIONS!!!!

Sometimes we combine traditional with composites. This project (at the clients request) included 6 x 6 and 4 x 4 pressure treated , epoxy coated lumber with a Composite deck atop. Be sure to last many many years in it’s designed location.

After completing training sessions and learning how to navigate our CNC Machine JD Composites has started experimenting with our precision cutting unit! Can’t wait to see what we’ll be able to do when we get more tools for different materials, aluminum, plastic sheets, PVC, MDF board etc etc

Small project for Ocean Pride Fisheries, high density core for a wall section where they produce top quality sea cucumber. This was a wet area used for cooking, so with high amounts of steam they needed a waterproof solution. 10,000 recycled plastic bottles provided the perfect solution = heat-resistant, mould and mildew-resistant, strong and lightweight.... #fisheries #ecofriendly #sustainability #jdcomposites #armacell #recycledplastic # #recycling #plasticwaste

10,000 recycled bottles for this deck solution!!! Another project in the books just in time for Easter!! 12 x 25 feet long deck with an added set of stairs, supported by a set of custom made 4x4 resin coated posts with composite bases that should all make for deck that will last a lifetime. Another fine example of our CNC machine providing exact form cutting of walls. This saves time and provides accuracy to 4 decimal points! This is a 20 x 8 Covid Isolation Unit headed to the United States, through OpBox. This unit has recycled and saved 74 560 water bottles from the landfills and oceans :)

We are very excited to have our new cutting tool C.R. OnSrud CNC Machine. This will enable us to take on projects for various industries as well as allow us to also take on larger projects and complete them with precision. Thanks to all involved in getting this unit in our facility!
