Rosh Hodesh program sponsored by the Amos-wells family in honour of her bat mitzvah. The girls made mindfulness jars. A Mind Jar is a tool to use whenever you feel stressed, overwhelmed, or upset.... Imagine the glitter as your thoughts. When you shake the jar, imagine your head full of whirling thoughts, then watch them slowly settle while you calm down. Do not forget to take slow, deep breaths while you watch the glitter settle. #jdohss #mindfulness #calm #glitter
