Doing a quick bathroom reno for a couple of our favourite repeat clients, new 2' X 2' tile using the proper tools very little chance for uneven tiles, again thanks to our great Team members JD Restorations shines. We will post finished pictures to come when cabinets, shower glass and natural stone countertop are installed.

Well, the past few days were uneventful on this job site... putting up drywall, repairing drywall framing and installing Gas Fireplace and installing a few spotlights. What we did that, I think sets us apart from others is we added a resilient channel to the ceiling to give the drywall a completely smooth finish, adding 1/2 plywood to existing sheathing and re-fastened the entire floor to avoid any future squeaks. It is the little things that make you great. Thanks to our outstanding staff who care about the end product.

Check out this cool project we just wrapped up. Coach House conversion in the Aberdeen area of Hamilton. Awesome, patient clients as this was a bit tricky getting through zoning and permit process. Shout out to Eric Canton at Virtual Creations. I will post more once it is decorated and occupied.

Day#4 Framing Inspection complete.... of course we passed, cause we know what we are doing. Time for resilient channel to make sure we have a flat ceiling, and then the drywall, spotlight openings, and the rest of electrical ! Getting exciting !

Day #3, New LVL's are installed, no more walls, three different beams installed and supported down to the concrete footings. Good thing we have some strong staff. Great Job! Moving along nicely.

This a recent Kitchen Reno we completed, cabinets refaced, new countertops, plumbing fixtures and backsplash. We are as excited to do these types of projects as we are the bigger ones.
