26'44' basement with a walkout. Great job crew!

Poured and finished floor on Thursday! Great job crew! Screed, bull float, Round flat trowel finish and then hosed (flooded) it down to prevent the moisture from leaving to quickly. It turned out great! If moisture in the add mixture evaporates to quickly it is likely to cause shrinkage cracks and weaker concrete. The flooding method can be repeated for several days and will leave your concrete 50% stronger.

26'x36' and 8'x12' mud room, Coming along nicely. Couple more days to wrap it up. More contracts to come soon!
