Last night I did the whole meal deal shower as my friend Caryn Goldin would say! It felt so nice to pamper myself with a 40 min shower , ladies we need to be taking time to ourselves once a week! Yeah I have done all 4 types of showers, but last nights shower felt like I was at a spa *TIP* turn your music in the bathroom to drown out any background noise your family might be making oh and don’t forget to your door !!... Here is a list of products I used: Shampoo, Leave in mask conditioner, Bamboo Renew & Midnight Oil Facial cleanser (on my face), Bamboo Renew (exfoliating rub) & Soap and Joy on my body ~yes in all the nooks and crannies! A razor ~ shaved my legs and underarms.
