Jedi of Funk

"Artist" is a bit of a stretch... But I've been very fortunate to spin vinyl at all sorts of super cool shows and festivals in this town and province. But those funky records that got me through the door are almost entirely from black artists. So I'm forever grateful for all the great music that has not only uplifted me, but presented me with all sorts of opportunities in life. I'll do my best to keep spreading the love "I'm Don Cornelius, and as always in parting, we wish you love, peace and soooooouuuuullllllll."

FUNK ALERT ! I've been very fortunate to not only have played many shows with this band, but I'm even luckier to call these talented musicians my friends. And they've been hard at work this last year making a kick ass album and tonight they'll be launching it by stream. So make sure to check this funky stuff out tonight !

With everything going on in the world right now, I think we could all use something uplifting. Luckly , our very own Stephen Lewis and The BIG Band Of FUN is gonna be representing the Maritimes/Canada on this absolutely stacked lineup of LEGENDS tonight ! It's a great example of how hard work can pay off. I'm super proud of my friends and hope you will check it out. And whether it's the riots down south, or the virus everywhere, I hope everyone can be safe.
