40 to 45 minute workout from home for strength building well into you eighties: 8 pull ups - 3 sets 15 push ups - 3 sets 8 squats - 3 sets 8 lunge - 3 sets... 8 single leg deadlift - 3 sets Do the above 2 to 3 times a week. Please share this & get more tips on staying fit @jeevansyogafitness
Bettered myself from 8K to 10K for the first time. Gets better everytime as our body adapts to it. Was much easier this time. #PUSHYOURLIMITS!
Tip to a Healthy Living: Do not confuse Excercise for weight loss! Exercising regularly reduces the risk of almost every illness from diabetes to Alzheimers. Eating small portions & staying away from high fat foods will reduce your weight when combined with Excercises. For a healthy living both Excercise & Diet compliment each other.
