The Holiday season is quickly approaching!! Why not celebrate with a catered event in your own home? I’ll cook and even clean up so you don’t have to! (Now also available for events less than 10!) Call or text for details 902-577-4512 ... And yes, I’m local! Appetizers options: 1. Creole spiced ribeye with a red wine Demi glaze on mushroom (or other) risotto / roasted potatoes / Parmesan mashed potatoes 2. Duck or scallops on a bacon and Parmesan carbonara on a Orzo pasta 3. Braised chicken in a Brie and bacon onion jam tartlet 4. Pulled pork cheese bake on a pesto greens salad 5. Red wine poached pears with balsamic greens, prosciutto with seared scallops or duck 6. Chicken thigh rolled with pulled pork and a smoked maple cream with risotto / roasted potatoes / Parmesan mashed potatoes 7. We make something unique for the event Mains options: 1. Chicken Breast or Chicken Wellington or Pork loin stuffed with bacon and Parmesan / leek and pesto / bacon onion jam / Blackened with smoked cheddar filling / roasted squash / roasted mushroom and onion / smoked maple and cheddar / pulled pork and herbs 2. Ribeye and smoked cheddar Wellington 3. Pulled pork Wellington 4. Seared Salmon or Seared Duck Breast with a white wine butter sauce / pesto cream sauce / lemon demi glacé / bacon cream sauce / smoked maple sauce. 5. We make something unique for the event All mains can be on any variation of risotto which we can decide upon planning the event or with roasted potatoes / mashed potatoes and a side of vegetables. (And for those in the know, yes, always with my maple carrots!) Dessert options: 1. Creme caramel 2. Creme brûlée 3. Chocolate ganache creme brûlée 4. Chocolate plate 5. Lemon curd tartlet 6. So, in the mean time, I’ll take and questions and help out with anything anyone would like to know! I can help you figure out what to make with what’s in your cupboard and show you how to use spices to their fullest potential!... I’ll be your personal cook book!

With the new phase of the Covid-19 starting and rules being relaxed a bit, why not start reconnecting with those who we have missed so dearly during this time?
