From a side plank position facing left wall i take my top leg behind me and bottom leg forward into a leg standard position. Then i take my bottom front leg to... my opposite knee in a side plank mountain climber. From here i flip into a plank position and bring my right elbow to me left knee in a one armed one leg mountain climber and repeat the other side. Then i move into a side plank facing the right wall and repeat. I do this over and over for 2 mins performing a 360 degree rotational core workout superset.
