We finally got to celebrate last night! Wow! November was a busy month, and collectively we saw almost 100 team members show up, have fun, conquer fears, grow their businesses, serve their customers, and make a bigger impact! This girl and I also promoted to new leadership levels! So wild! Arden, congrats on Senior Executive Sales Leader. Red looks good on you ... If you would’ve told me I’d join Norwex and become an Executive Sales Leader within a year and a half of joining, I would have laughed. Hard! This was NOT on my radar. This was not my THING. I was simply a happy, longtime customer (because who doesn’t want to make life easy by cleaning with just ?). I also had SO. Much. Baggage. Anyone else have a history of failing past business endeavours? Anyone else have a history of falling flat on their faces in direct sales? Anyone else ever felt paralyzed with fear of failure? My list of reasons (read: excuses) I could NEVER do this is actually pretty big. But watching the success of some amazing women in my life (@green.clean.mama @krystlesparkle here’s looking at you ladies!), I dared to wonder one day...and I asked myself, if she can, why can’t I?. Arden, thank you for inspiring me to dream I could build this business, too. Green Clean Squad ladies, thank you for trusting me with the opportunity and joining my team Believe it or not, but a lot of the time, the only thing in your way is YOU and a whole lot of fears and excuses.

Plants used to come to my house to die! . Then I became a Mom. All this time spent at home with my babes and now I finally keep my houseplants alive. . Hubby called our house Jumanji once, but y’all, he hasn’t seen a crazy plant house! I have under 60 houseplants soooo...we’re still okay. ... . This is one of my favourite plant spots in our kitchen. It just brightens the whole room! . Who has a green thumb? . Who kills. All. The. Plants? . Still gotta work on my outdoor plant game . Maybe I’ll pickup a few practical nuggets from @fourboysflowerfarm next year! See more

Morning hike with the fam. Michael discovered these trails just this summer. Feels like an endless series of loops and possibilities and it’s just 10 min away! Kiddos were tuckered out...and so were we! @ Smith Family Property Trails

Some days, I see that social media is helping us win battles and draw awareness to worthy causes. Other days, it's just a way to sling mud and pretend that hating other people you don't agree with is okay. . But it's not. . It’s hard though, isn't it? Separating the person from the action, and choosing to love them?... . Because on social media, when you don't like someone or something, you tear them down, call them names, ruin their lives, degrade their worth and dignity as a person under the guise of justice, or even just disagreement. . As a Christian, I'm compelled by Jesus to not be hateful towards others EVEN IN my anger against a wrong, a disagreement, an outcome, even a crime (let's be clear and say that I fail, often, as I'm human, and see that my human ability to love falls short). . When asked which 'religious rule' is most important, Jesus was very clear that it was about LOVE. If you read between the lines, you'll note that LOVING God and LOVING others is not a very good religious rule, because it's a matter of the heart: . (#1) "Jesus answered, The foremost is, ‘Hear, O Israel! The Lord our God is one Lord; and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ . (#2) The second is this, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these." . The guy who asked him that question replied: . Right, Teacher; You have truly stated that He is One, and there is no one else besides Him; and to love Him with all the heart and with all the understanding and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as himself, is much more than all burnt offerings and sacrifices. When Jesus saw that he had answered intelligently, He said to him, You are not far from the kingdom of God. . So whether I'm talking about COVID, or politics, or masks, or vaccines, or gay marriage, or social restrictions, or photography businesses, or religious beliefs, or human trafficking, or capitalism, or the environment I am asked to love my neighbour as I love (/care for/protect/place importance on) myself. . What about you? See more
