Hello friends! We have a real treat for you this weekend! We have a new soup and it is fashioned after everybody's favourite dish in a Chinese restaurant -- General Tso's Chicken. It has all those same sweet and spicy flavours of the original dish along with broccoli and rice which are generally served with it too! I'm working on another new soup as well but not this weekend. It will be a Miso soup with udon noodles and bok choy. Stay tuned, it's coming soon! Hello Friends We hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful weather this past weekend. We certainly did! But the mild weather won't last and this week we may see some cooler temperatures. Fortunately, we can keep that nice warm feeling last a little longer with some restorative soup. This week, we are introducing a new soup which is Cheese Tortellini with Sausage. It is a creamy tomato based soup with veggies and sausage as well as cheese tortellini and it is absolutely delicio...us.
