**What do YOU need to feel more confident in your business?** We all have our doubt-days! What I know to be true, is that the only way I’ve only been able to grow my business is by showing up consistently and by managing my time and energy well. As I am heading into this year I am feeling more grounded than ever in how I am building my business, how it's right for me, and how am able to create a simple business and life I love.... I didn't always know how to build my business in a way that felt good to me, or how to avoid that binge and crash cycle of going ALL in and then ghosting my business for the sake of recovery; OR more recently, how to balance motherhood with serving my clients. I now know that I don’t need every hour and every minute of the day to get, and help my clients get, GREAT results. I also learned , that we don't need to over complicate things to get the results we are looking for. No matter where I am at in my journey, I am grateful for my own coaches who can always see FOR me, what I can’t see in the moment, to keep me on track, and to keep me moving forward in my business --> and with helping me see my blocks, continually learn, and fast track my decision-making --> and doing so all while staying grounded in the fundamentals of building a business.
