5 tips to enjoy working out from home Are you having a hard time working out from home? Listen, I hear you! At first I found it a pretty weird scenario too but with the right tools & mindset you get the hang of it. Here are my tips to enjoy working out from home: ... 1. Pick a type of movement you ENJOY (Zumba, Hiit workouts, yoga) 2. Pick something that fits your schedule - do your research and figure out which times work best for you. - If you’re someone who needs accountability check out the live schedule instead of the recorded so you stick to it! Also find someone who fits your personality. Who as a coach, you can open up to, confide in, etc so they can better understand your struggles and help you get to your goals. 3. Pick a small area to claim as your gym space 4. Don’t discourage yourself just because you don’t have the fanciest gym equipment, remember we used soup cans and laundry detergent last lockdown so let me tell you, there is never any judgement. 5. START & if you have and need to start again- DO IT because there is no perfect time.

I know what you’re thinking when it comes to........TIME you feel like you just don’t have enough of it to do & accomplish ALL of the things. I recently did a survey asking my clients what was holding them back from achieving their goals and 78% said time. ... I understand life is busy, there are schedules like work and school where you legitimately do not have control over. But can you shift how you think about the times outside those boundaries in order to squeeze in the things you want to do? Time is going to pass no matter what. & you deserve to use this precious time to get those goals you’ve set out for yourself. We cannot let time be in control of us. We have to rule our time. Time becomes our enemy when we let it take control & we use the excuse I don’t have time when really we just need to become better with using it to our advantage. Time works in our favor when we rule it, structure it, and use it productively. (Time block) your tasks out , use an agenda to plan & start prioritizing. You can do it

Breakfast or snack idea! Make these babies in bulk, so you can start your morning off right with some protein & veg! All you need are your veggies of choice, eggs or egg whites. I added some sliced ham but you can add ground beef, sausage, whatever tickles your fancy. Season with hot sauce and paprika & bam deliciousness that will fuel you up & leave you feeling great about your healthy breakfast choice!
