COVID-19 update: as many of you have seen in directive #2 massage therapy is ready to resume. However, this was a huge surprise to all of us RMT's, we had been told not until phase 2 or 3. In fact we are still waiting on our Colllege to give us direction because they haven't told us anything! For now, know that we are working to complete the mandatory protocols and get the required PPE so that we can comply with standards and protocol. As far as I can tell we are still only supposed to start seeing priority cases that would result in hospitalization if they were not treated. Please remember we are still in a state of emergency and as much as we want to get back to work and massage we also need to assess the risk involved and hear from our College. Please be patient with us as we navigate these crazy times.
