I watched/ listened to this last night and it was timely. The inner trifecta of calm, contentment and love. A conversation between Anat Baniel and Rick Hanson. Enjoy! At the end Rick Hanson mentions the concept of "And Also..." The meaning I take away from it is, there are hardships in the world and also, there is great joy, love and peace. Self isolation - day 15. We have decided to self isolate to protect Alex during the global pandemic. As a result I have had to close my business since I work out of our home and we are not allowing people in or out. The good news is I still have 1 client - who lives with me. ... I hope you are all well and taking care of yourselves and your loved ones. I look forward to a day when I can feel comfortable opening the door of my home to clients.

Today is Rare Disease Day...

Learning, feeling, knowing, moving. I just completed a mastery level training on movement, thinking and cognition and it was amazing! It’s been a long 9 days and a short 9 days all at once. There were practitioners at this training from the past 20 years of ABM NeuroMovement trainings. ... It was lovely to see and reconnect with practitioners from my 2015 training and to meet and collaborate with colleagues. There is so much opportunity with this work. I feel tired and upgraded and am looking forward to going home!
