Aches and pains will always find ya on the weekend. When you’ve stopped long enough to actually feel your body. These are the steps to my wellness today. I have a weird tension headache that most likely triggered by the combination of the nature of my week and not drinking enough water so this morning I’m slathering my neck with Cool Azul pain cream and guashaing the heck out of it. (And catching up on some H20)... It’s ok to take time. It’s ok to take time to get into a hot bath with Epsom salts. It’s ok to take time to walk in the woods and be surrounded by silence. It’s ok to take a little nanny nap in the afternoon. It’s ok. No one is keeping score but you. It’s time to stop bragging about the busy, and start bragging about the time we took to rejuvenate. Enjoy your day
