(Swearing and incongruity are some of my favourite things, so that's about as deep as it gets in terms of meaning.) I look at this picture every morning over coffee and it makes me feel good. ... Here comes the sun, little darlin. Couldn't have shown up at a better time in my world, how about you? Look at that little guy, arms wide open, feeling the warmth on his bare skin. Yeah, I'm into that vibe fooooor sure today. Whitehorse is just a bit south of the Arctic Circle and it bloody feels like it today, so bring me that Sun, son! Right about this time of year, is when winter feels like it's never going to end in the Yukon. But the sun is returning. It always amazes ...me when I wake up one morning and realize it's not dark and the days suddenly feel long again. Almost always feels like it happens overnight. Haven't quite hit that mark yet, but it's coming..... The Sun gets to the heart of the matter. Its light and warmth encourages clear communication, joy, creativity and growth. Leave the shadow mysteries of the Moon for another time and let the Sun illuminate clarity and truth for awhile.
