Words cannot describe how happy, proud, and grateful we are of the Nurse's Community and their leaders Emma and Brianna. These amazing ladies fundraised for a year for the Jennifer A Cutler Foundation. Doing things such as coffee sales, sweater sales, raffles, and a charity gala. However, when Newfoundland was hit with our week long snow storm and then again with Covid-19, it was no doubt that some unexpected bumps in the road would limit anybody's fundraising abilities. Which gives these ladies even more credit towards their amazing efforts and non-stop motivation to be able to send a family to Disney World. Today we had to pleasure of meeting with them to receive a cheque that was over $13, 000. All the money going towards helping a family fighting cancer. With kind hearts they have reached their goal. We cannot say thank you enough.

Thank you to everyone who have been supporting The Jennifer A Cutler Foundation. At our upcoming tea party which was scheduled for April in CWT we had planned on drawing the ticket for this 55" television. The draw date will also be postponed until further notice. The Jennifer A Cutler Foundation is a charity that helps Cancer Patients. Due to the current situation with corona virus and having the cancer patients health as our number one priority, the foundation has decided to put a hold on our Love and Care Baskets. Anyone who has been nominated will still recieve a basket after the virus situation is stabilized by our health care professionals. We urge everyone to be safe during this time and thank everyone working in the health care field for doing an amazing job.
