Many of you have known me for a very long time, but for those who haven’t, here is a little about me...My name is Jennifer and I have a passion for Real Estate, music, food, dancing, travelling, fashion, wine, exercising, animals and most of all my friends and family I started working at 13 selling ice cream bars at outdoor concerts throughout the Summer months. I took home a percentage of my sales, so I always asked for a very specific spot with high traffic, also hoping ...I could get a clear view of the concert going on! Each Summer I saved up enough money to buy new shoes for the next season of one of my deepest passions - Dance! Dance played a huge role in my life. It introduced me to many of my life-long friends, taught me how to work in a team environment, showed me how to persevere and how to take constructive criticism in order to improve. After graduating, I pursued a Business Degree from SFU and a Marketing Diploma from BCIT. Those days were busy ones. I went to school 5 days/ week and worked two PT jobs on the side. I worked for a Downtown brokerage firm during school breaks where I experienced the high energy and vibe of being in a fast-paced environment. I thrived off of this. I also worked in cosmetics where I helped women with skincare and make up consultations and built client relationships. I ventured down a few other paths in between but they all led me to here As I wrap up my 11th year in this wild business of Real Estate, I still feel everyday that this is the career that I was meant to do. All of the things I’ve experienced throughout my life have led me to this path. I feel so honoured that friends from 30 years ago and from all aspects of my life reach out and trust me to help them with some of the biggest decisions they’ll make in their lives. My husband and I try to teach our kids the value of the dollar and that hard work pays off. While material goods are nice to have, they don’t make you. True success is not handed to you, you have to earn it. You have to feel the grind and hard moments in life in order to appreciate the good ones.
