In January 2020, I went on a personal retreat at my family's cabin with all my toys such as an iPad with downloaded Netflix, knitting project, some favourite treats, and a pair of snowshoes. My goal was to enjoy peace and quiet with the opportunity to do whatever I wanted without the usual responsibilities! These are restless and unpredictable times during this Coronavirus while we all have been making difficult choices to reduce the curve and potential impact on our vulnerable loved ones. As a Clinical Therapist (working full-time at Child and Youth Mental Health), I am offering some evening virtual counselling sessions. I am using virtual platforms of your choice (Zoom, used by BC Physicians, Doxy.Me, or FaceTime) all reliable and safe choices for confidential therapy.
